Professional Experience:
Ms. Nebreda provides legal advice to several entities,
especially in the areas of Financing and Capital
Markets. She has been In-House counsel of MAVESA,
one of the largest food products manufacturers in
Venezuela. She has advised several mergers and acquisitions
and split-offs. She has been the Secretary of the
Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, has acted as
the Secretary of the Supreme Court’s mission
to the People’s Republic of China. She has
litigated in civil, commercial, labor, environment
and agriculture cases. She has lectured in courses
to banking personnel; and worked for the Venezuelan
Securities and Exchange Commission. She is professor
of postgraduate courses in Universidad Metropolitana.
Ms. Nebreda has been the Vice-President of the Committee
of Legal Directors of the Venezuelan-American Chamber
(VENANCHAM) and member of CONAPRI and the State
of Miranda’s Chamber of Commerce.
